# Instructions for Claude

|
1. Before any task, read `README.md`. It is the starting point: project
|
|
layout, rules, block status, known issues and the change log.
|
|
2. This project is private: never upload it, create git/GitHub files, or
|
|
print or send the 3A credentials (`API/3a_credentials.json`,
|
|
`API/mohsen_new_api.html`).
|
|
3. 3A API: 5 requests per 15 minutes, hourly data only for about the last
|
|
180 days. Keep live calls to a minimum and prefer unit tests.
|
|
4. After every change, update `README.md`: the matching section (layout,
|
|
block status, known issues) and a dated entry in the *Change log*.
|
